I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mainly for idli batter and chutney, and the motor power is good for daily kitchen use. It grinds smoothly and gets the job done without much trouble. To be fair, it does get a bit noisy when grinding harder ingredients, but I think that’s expected to some extent. Overall, the performance has been solid so far and I haven’t faced any major issues.

I like the design a lot, a lot. It looks nice and feels really comfortable to use every day. Easy to hold, easy to handle, just simple and comfy overall...

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was actually simple for once. it’s ridiculous how many sites make this stuff harder than it needs to be, so this was a nice change.

I had an issue with my Preethi mixer jar and reached out through Preethi. The first reply came only after about 3 days, and it felt like a basic copy-paste response that didn’t really address my problem properly.

I also tried calling, but they kept saying someone would get back to me. No one clearly explained the warranty process, so I had to keep following up. It became more tiring than it needed to be.

The grind comes out consistent overall, which I didn’t totally expect. It seems to do the job fine, but I’m still a little suspicious it might get uneven over time. So far, though, no real complaints.
